Local Support and Meetings

Homebirth mothers group

Did you know that planning a home birth means less chance of a caesarean section or assisted birth; baby is more likely to be in better condition at birth, and less likely to need help breathing; you are less likely to haemorrhage or need stitches and more likely to use less pain relief.

We can give you information/support by email: info@sheffieldhomebirth.org.uk or you can join our online group and post messages to other mums who have had/are planning home births in Sheffield - http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/SheffieldHomeBirth/
